PE/PA film is a kind of complex film,our PE/PA film recycling and granulating line is designed/manufactured by Zhangjiagang Retech Machinery Co.,Ltd. With low flow and complex natures, we make a special design inside of screw structure. The film get totally heating and melting, with melting section in right position,we can achieve PE/PA film fully granulating stable.

Depend on shapes of films, we can decide how to cut the films by shredder or by hydraulic rubber cutter. If the rolls with paper carton inside,it is better to cut the roll first by hydraulic cutter, and take the paper carton outside. And then, it can be recycle by our compactor pelletizing line directly.

With the shapes and sizes of PE/PA film plastics,we can decide to add a shredder in front of pelletizing machine or not. Small pieces of PE/PA film flakes are more stable running to machines.

Shredder :

By unique design of rotor,the single shaft shredder is capable to cut the big PP bags or rolling PP into small flakes. Small cutted PP flakes is very average for feeding into extruder with stable and lower electric current.



Compactor:

The compactor is a key part for feeding capacity, pre-heating by friction and cut will dry and agglomeration the flakes into Semi-plasticing shape,it is more compact and easy feeding. Cooling by water around barrel of compactor can keep the temperature around 100°C.



Main Extruder:

The screw and barrel structure is designed by natures of PE PP material. First, it will heating and melting the materials.There is a degassing vent in the middle of extruder. It is for degassing the useless cells and impurities. 
In the end of screw, we prepare a pressure alarming system to inform the operators to changing nets timely. It is controlled by current system.

Filtration:

Filtration system is used to stop the impurities in materials. You can put 1-5 layers nets here according to the material condition. Also, you can choose non-stopping wire-less mesh screen changer here if the labor cost is too high in your local.




Die face cutting:

Die face cutting is another important point of the whole line. Refined calculations by pressure and MFI can be assure for good looking granules. Horizontal and vertical type of cutting directions are optional for us. The granules thickness can be controlled by the speed of frequency motor.




Dryer

Here we put centrifugal machines or vibrator machines as optional.Dried granules can be make piping or blowing directly.
